Your server reports players back with negative play times, which you can confirm by scanning the server through HLSW (hlsw.org). If you resolve that issue, you should not see the bots anymore.

Request to your host's owner to reboot the system [if the server is not hosted by you]
I had the same problem, with negative time and I reboot the system and voila  Hope I've helped you..
