from a friend, he gave me my CSCZSetupII and install as usual. but I did not find the file steam.exe or cscz.exe forcs czero

You'll need to download CSCZ through the copy you purchased on steam.

you have a cs:cz white cscz.exe if you play from like (hl.exe -cstriek or hl.xe -cscz.exe) you cant add him
