since two years i am trying to create cs 1.6 server i will do port forward correctly, server settings and then replace my internal ip to external ip like this 122.168.183.XXX:27015 and paste to add server but it will not connect. when i connect to 192.168.1.2:27015 it will connect to my server plz help me you all are master in counter strike you all have experience in how to create cs server plzz help me

Hello. There's 2 ways to create a server. You can create it on a dedicated machine. Or you can create it on your computer, desktop wherever you want on your pc.

I have experience running both. I am the admin of www.gamerone.net a safe a friendly gaming community for players, and all the servers are running off one big powerful dedicated machine! When I've got some testing to do, then I've opened servers on my desktop, however if you want to just play with some friends locally this is good too.

Make sure your internet connection is good if you're running a server on your computer, if you're not patient then just run the server, if they lag you have bad internet, if they don't then you have good internet and a good connection.
