Hi,
I recently added 2 servers running from similar IP but with different ports, for some reason gametracker has scanned the same server twice but added it to 2 different ports, and it will not show 1 of them as online even though it is with players connected. Can you please remove 185.38.151.5:2302 from your database so i can try and add it again because for some reason i added 2 differently named server with different ports and it gave both the same name. |

Claim the server and delete it using the options on the server page.
Instructions: https://www.gametracker.com/forums/forum.php?site=1&thread=108259 Both servers have the same IP as far as i can see. https://www.gametracker.com/server_info/185.38.151.5:2302/ https://www.gametracker.com/server_info/185.38.151.5:2402/ |

So i have to take a busy server offline, relaunch it with another name? then claim it, then shut the server down, rename it back to original, restart the server again just to remove it?
Either that or come online at silly oclock in the morning to take it down. That's not helpful, is there no way a GT admin can just remove it? |

From what I've seen, GameTracker administrators or moderators do not delete servers upon request.
(Chimera: Please feel free to confirm this if you're reading this.) I may be incorrect in saying so - but this is my speculation based on previous topic where this was inquired. The process of claiming a server requires that it be online and just having the string "GameTrackerClaimServer" in the server's name. It should not be that difficult, I.e; considering that you have permissions to edit the server's name. |
