i have noticed that the tracker has shown my server to hit 40/40 just one time this week although it constantly hits 40/40 daily after the usa hours 2 pm to like 1 am. i mean not always tho but yes a lot. and our rank keeps gettin higher and higher. is the tracker bugged? we are ranked under 200 now but the tracker shows like 95% of the time less than 20 ppl online yet it is 40/40 a beastly amount of times.....

GameTracker historical data does not show the maximum number of players you hit in a given hour. It provides an average of players it has seen over all the scans of your server. Unless you average 100% fullness the entire hour, it would not show at 40.
