I can not add yourself to the management server. As someone has already said a long time server itself. What should I do? And I want to reset the time players who play on the server.

The server you list has an owner.
If you have a question for them, I suggest you direct it to them, either using the server page blog, or via a private message on their profile. If you have a server that you believe matches the IP:port combination, then I suggest that you contact the server host for clarification. I am a community user. Your account must be active for at least 1 week before you can claim servers.
