I logged on today and when I got in, I was standing out side where I would have been standing in my level 3 house. My level 3 house is gone and everything in it. This isn't the first time I have lost everything on this server (142.4.215.185:2312), I lost everything out of my other buildings after the patch update (1.7 most recent patch),but never the house. I want my stuff back and my house this is totally unfair and what is the point of having admins if you guys cannot help me. I spent over 80hours this past month working on that level 3 house (collecting the supplies waiting for the cinder blocks ect.) and everything in it. I finally had enough today to finish the final house stage which is stage 4 of 8. The house would have been completed finally but not the garage those are 2 different buildings but just attached. Someone said they disappear (unfinished houses) after ten days if not completed but my house had not been up for 10 days I am positive about that, they also said you can destroy a house??? I cannot continue to play this game (on server 142.4.215.185:2312) if you guys don't protect my stuff and help players out when they need it most. I don't want to have to post all over every forum telling everyone how PCGN handles their servers and what happened but I need to find help and answers somewhere. I want my stuff back or at least my house or the supplies to rebuild it. This is unfair and just plain stupid, houses are supposed to be that persons and password protected and permanent (unless you do not interact with them for a certain amount of days, which I am on almost everyday). I dealt with my stuff getting erased when the patch came out but this I cannot deal with, I was the only person this happened to (maybe admin abuse? I have no idea I want answers). I really hope you guys are more helpful then your admins and support the people who play on your servers and put so much time into them. I hope I am not coming off as rude or complaining, but I am very angry and upset about this, that's 80 hours I cannot get back that was taken from me for well who knows, no one seems to. Please Give Me Answers And The Help I Have Requested.
