DayZed and Confused is proud to announce our Epoch server running the latest 1.0.3 release. We have active admins, a great set of addons to the base Epoch server, and a blazing fast server to give you great frames and ping. We’re currently running on a dedicated 16 core server with SSD hosted in a Tier 3 datacenter in Chicago.

The server has only been online for about a week but as one of the first adopters of 1.0.3 we’ve grown quickly. There have only been a couple bases constructed so far on the server so most of the great locations are still open. Some of the things we’ve added to the server include:
Indestructible bases with no maintenance
Safe zone traders
Lift and tow
Roaming Sarge AI
Random mission spawns
500+ vehicles (possibly increased in the future)
Self-bloodbag
Take clothing from bodies
Anti-hack
8 hour restarts with an hour or two of full-moon light at the end of each cycle
Night time lighting in towns
Customized vehicle spawns and improved loot tables

Soon to be added:
Randomized loot for missions
Integrate SargeAI into the mission system for more challenge

We’re always open to input from our players and we implement new features quickly and without downtime. We only had 5 minutes of downtime while we upgraded from 1.0.2.5 to 1.0.3! If you do need help from an admin we’re very responsive and have a great set of admin tools available to fix any server issues.
