when I try 2 join the DayZ Panthera server I get.... picture z/addons/dayz_code/gui/mod.paa not found.... plz help how do I fix

you need to download the map from armaholic then add the map folder to your arma2 operation arrowhead folder. then add -mod=@panthera to your launch parameters.
