===Who Are we? United Military Platoon or U.M.P for short. We are a group of gamers who like to enjoy a serious ARMA style experience, without reaching the 'milsim' level. At the moment, we do not employ military procedures, but also use a bit of strategy and teamwork. We have an age limit of 15 years old, the reason for this is mainly maturity when it comes to clan events/operations. Although there is this age cap, some younger individuals are free to partake in activities with the community. We play Arma 2 Operation Arrow Head (Our main game) and DayZ (A game that some members enjoy). The clan owns servers for both of these games. ===As a recruit (After your recruit training) you will be asked to pick a squad: -Mechanised Infantry Mech-Infantry works with IFVs, HMMWVs, and APCs. You will work in conjunction with the vehicles (If vehicles are used) and be the spearhead/support of the unit. -Commandos are the Basic Infantry, you are the standard fighting soldier of the unit. -There are more units to come as the clans growing!
