Why my server is not listed in gametracker? He always showed up and even wore the banner on our forum. But a few days here, appears as "offline". Indeed, no other Brazilian server is appearing. The IP of my server is 200.98.70.132:27912. Thank you in advance for an answer.

If you can hit Update Scanning Parameters in the manage area for the servers, then it goes offline shortly after, you have one or more of these IPs blocked:

208.167.241.190
208.167.241.185
208.167.241.186
108.61.78.147
108.61.78.148
108.61.78.149
108.61.78.150

If it does not scan at all, you have a firewall issue with blocked ports.

I do not quite understand about what was said. I did not do any updates on the server, as I understand it, that generated this block. Also do not speak for the other servers. I thank you for restoring my server in the list.

You need to review your firewall to determine which of the mentioned IPs are blocked.

I checked the server and the firewall is not enabled. There is no lock for the IPs informed GameTracker. Before, they were listed 6 Brazilian servers with different IPs and providers. There are about another 10 days, they all ceased to be listed on GameTracker, including my server.

The GT front-end web server is not blocked. This is why the Update Scanning Parameters button works. However, the scanner 108.61.78.147 (at least this one) is blocked which is where GT is unsuccessfully trying to scan your server from.

I understand you claim there is nothing blocking that IP, but apparently something is and there is nothing GT can do to get around that. It is impossible for GT to guess what the server will respond with when it does not provide a response to the query.

We just make tests and inspections on the firewall for the IPs GameTracker. There are locks to any of these IPs, including the latter informed. Is there any other IP or domain that makes this reading and that it might be blocked? Our server is listed in years and do not understand how this came to happen now, days ago.

GameTracker's IPs are just the ones above. The one I mentioned specifically in my last post (which is included the the initial list anyway) is the one currently scanning your server.

I give up. Already done all that was within reach. I believe there is something unexplainable by the GameTracker that is focusing on the justification firewall because NO BRAZILIAN server is listed.
