When the post is made, you are not automatically excepted as a recruit. Your post status will be changed whether you are excepted as a recruit or not. During your recruit stage, it is imperative to stay active or else your recruiting can be terminated.

If accepted, you will receive a mentor that will help you out. Stay in contact with that mentor!
