firts go to your etmain folder and delete your etkey
then go here http://etkey.org and download a new one
place it on your etmain folder

if you still have this problem then delete your etkey AND profile, download a new etkey and create a new profile, DONT FORGET TO CLICK ON ENABLE PUNKBUSTER
