Hi karvanekaka,

While I have never played this game, I have not heard this nor expect this would be the case. I would recommend taking the following steps to resolve your issue:

1. Do a system restore back to that point.
2. Run a virus scan (malwarebytes is good).
3. Defrag and clean your harddrive (defraggler and ccleaner are good).
4. Make sure your system is updated (Windows updates, update your drivers). Many systems nowadays also come in with built in update software. For example, I use a lenovo laptop and they have software I can run that will check for new drivers and other updates.
5. Install your game
6. Ensure your game is updated to the latest version
7. Allow the game in your firewall so you can run the game and find servers.
8. Make sure you are connected to a strong internet connection. Wired is typically more reliable, but you should be able to play well on a good wireless connection. If you have slow internet for either, you won't have the best online gaming experience.

If your internet connection is still not working with or without the game, I would recommend contacting your internet service provider.
I am retired from GameTracker after 11 years and will not be responsive for support requests.
