Yes you can. Set up a DNS address on the old pages on the "Manage" page. After you do so, change that IP to point to the new one. The IP of the page will adjust to the new one given that it can find a server on the same ports.

You would need to set an A record for the domain or sub domain. DNS is domain name system. If you don't have a domain name, you may be able to find a free DNS service.

You won't be able to transfer rank in that case. You can use the migrate stats function to send the player stats to the new server page.
