We are currently developing a UK based military RP server set in the wastelands of Afghanistan, with our custom map and unique ideas we believe we can create a server better than the ones currently offered

Now one problem with this is that jobs like this are not easy to do, we will need a staff team to help us develop this server, and any future servers we decide to set up, but could that person be you?

7) Anything else you would like to tell us about yourself: I have a lot of experience behind me, especially in the Star Wars RP category of Garry's Mod. I've been commander, trooper, captain, etc. in Star Wars RP and MilitaryRP. I've also been developing my staffing skills a lot. I've been Head Admin, Head Moderator, Senior Administrator, etc. I have respect for everybody, even the players that aren't nice to me. I stay calm and won't stress easily. I'm Dutch, but my English is quite fluent. I can work in a team easily. I know how to use ULX. If you want to know which commands I know specifically, just ask me. I've ran my own servers on Garry's Mod including DarkRP and Star Wars RP ones. I'm very motivated, I will do my best to stay as long as I can in the staffteam and make sure that everyone has a nice time in the server. My roleplay skills are also quite decent, I can roleplay very well (PassiveRP also included). I've had a lot of experiences back in the day (will tell more in Staff Experience question). I also know how to do REAL administrative work. For example, making guidelines, rules and other documents. I have also got website and GMOD configuration knowledge (setting up servers and websites). I can dedicate myself to this server a lot as well. I can be very honest, so even when something is against me, I won't lie about it. I can be very helpful to players and will not ignore them that easily. I won't ever swear or insult somebody and I will always be friendly. I'm also a very optimistic guy.
