I'm NEW to halo and I was wondering if anyone knows how to get and set up anticheat for Halo (combat evolved)... Please note that I'm referring to combat evolved not custom edition.... Thank you

I also have a question: Does AC affect any third-pary applications to that my be running (for halo).

The site xhalo.tk and halo.isimaginary.com are both down. I do believe that xhalo.tk was the official site for SAPP.

Anti-cheat will disable the function of third party applications including HAC2. You aren't allowed to use sightjackers, flycams, third person FOV etc.
This does include hacks; that's the reason why AC exists. If however you do use these applications, you can/will be banned from anti-cheat.

The server that you joined most likely doesn't have SAPP. Anti-cheat only works on servers with SAPP. It won't function in servers with Phasor and Ganadur.

And i don't believe that Halo FV supports anti-cheat; Custom Edition works perfectly fine.

Yea it doesn't work on FV.

Btw, how do i know if a server has SAPP or not?

And : How do i know if a server doesn't support AC.

P.S; The anti-cheat worked in CE. Thanks for the help.

In order to find out whether the server has SAPP or not you can; type the command /info in your halo chat and if the server does indeed have SAPP; you'll see the server name, SAPP version and other variables (including whether there's AC or not).

Please Note that; not all variables like Frag limit, host port etc will be displayed.

Thankfully for us GameTracker has all the variables listed under Server Varibles for every server!
