I'm a bit curious about one thing, does movement affect accuracy and the projectile velocity? What velocity is there in a moving player

I saw some of your halo essential videos, Robin. I tried using fraps to record but it won't let me record for more than 30 seconds, how do I fix.

PS .. This is professional stuff that you posted

You need to buy the full version of fraps in order to record for more than 30 seconds;

http://www.fraps.com/buy.php

It doesn't affect your accuracy. This isn't counter-strike.
Movement inaccuracy, spray pattern etc are not found in halo.

Don't expect to hit shots and not die while blatantly pressing W and walking up to an enemy. Strafing reduces the chances of you getting hit and allows you to properly place your crosshair against the enemy's head in the opposite direction in which they are strafing.
Henceforth: If your enemy isn't strafing, he can still hit you once he aims in the right spot. Simply just strafe left to right and hit your shot(s). It's an easy kill.

So no, movement inaccuracy isn't found in halo.
However; in Counter-Strike, it's a big deal.

Now with regards to projectile velocity and motion – There is no direct change in the projectile velocity, it's always the same. An increase in biped velocity doesn't mean that there's an increase in the projectile velocity. The faster that player moves the more difficult he'll find it to shoot. E.g - Shooting in the side seat of a warthog.

Please bare in the mind that: "Finding it harder to shoot", doesn't mean movement inaccuracy. It's just difficult to compensate for your own velocity and distance away from your target.

IS there a way to bypass this?

Just so you know; there are cracked versions of the software. I won't be discussing that nor will i further that discussion. I won't be providing help in getting pirated software.

I posted about mouse sensitivity and DPI, and how sensitivity affects you etc. Since I've wondered how mouse DPI affects accuracy.

The higher a DPI, the further the pointer will move on a given movement of the mouse. If the sensor is a much higher resolution and is polled faster, then the underlying position data is much more accurate, so the motion vector is also more accurate.

So setting the reporting DPI low and the sensitivity high gets the same movement as a high DPI and low sensitivity, but it's more accurate.

DPI is a scaling figure, whereby the distance a mouse moves is converted to the distance the pointer moves. It's nothing at all to do with sensor resolution.

It came from the days when a mouse counted rotations of a wheel, each subdivide of the wheel was a known distance apart, and the wheel was a known radius, hence the mouse knew how far it had moved (in inches): So how many pixels does the pointer move per inch?
– Lots of pixels per inch meant the pointer moved very far with a small mouse movement.Too many meant that pixel-precise selection was very difficult. Too few meant that reaching the edges of the screen was very difficult.

Disable pointer precision within Windows and also disable mouse acceleration within halo.
