To prevent users from altering server files in order to crack it or make other illegal modifications, there are certain restrictions that must be set in place. I don't know why this particular dll would have restricted permissions, but you could email support [at] gametracker.com to determine if it would be possible to allow uploads of that file or if they could replace it for you given a link to the file.

You may not have read my last message properly, and no I do not have access to users' premium subscriptions.
However, I opened my own test Halo server and could upload the strings.dll file. ![]() |

I would assume that you never stopped the server before uploading the file and could not edit it because it was in use.
