My servers were DE_RANKED for using players to seed the server, but EVERY top ranking HALO CE server is using the very same thing. IS GAME TRAKER a FAKE POS bunch of liars or is this a fair ranking site.

No. He/she is Upset because their server got de-ranked.
The statement in itself is an admission of guilt.

I am a MAN, 65 year old retired IT Engineer, and yes, I was de-ranked because I was doing EXACTLY what every other server sitting on the top ten of HALO CE is doing, but Game tracker refuses to de-rank them, so that makes it a lie!
I was running a script to place players in the server for THREE minutes until other players came in.
But I guess this "rule" only applies to me!

If you suspect a server of breaking the rules please use the report function on the server home page.

We receive 1000s of server reports so some may slip through the cracks. However, if a server is breaking the rules, we will eventually catch them, and they will be de-ranked.

Also creating a thread complaining that your server was de-ranked while also admitting in the same thread that you knowingly broke the rules doesn't seem like the best way to handle the situation.
