I specifically don't know to change a map and gametype ( not map cycle) ... I'm talking about using my own map for one game. E.g slayer in prisoner.

To change the map with a new gametype;

sv_map 'map name' 'gametype'

E.g -

sv_map ratrace classic slayer pro
