when i try to use GT Lite it wont Detect Half Life 1
then when i click "Add Game" i put all the settings and when i click "..." to search for target file it only wants me to select the "Steam.exe" file but i didn't get the game by using steam i bought it from my local game store. and now i don't know what to do! can somebody help me?

1 download and install Steam.
2 then add your game (half-Life) key code to the steam.
3 Steam program will do the rest.
Steampowered.com has info on how do to everything you want.

this is the target file for half-life in Steam

C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\USERNAME\half-life\hl.exe

or edit gamelist.xml in GTLite folder.
maybe in feature someone adds Retail Half-Life support
i like GT, but don't like steam.
note: hl game id is 56
