Problem adding our server to GameTracker

Hello, we have already some servers registered (add) with GameTracker.
Two days ago, I've registered our HF server with the join port 27018 and the other port 27015 (query). It was o.k. but a team mate asked me if we could register the server with a dns : t3homefront.....
I've tried it, so I've erased the server and try the DNS, did not work.
Since then, I'm trying to add the server with the I.P. and port. It doesn't want to work anymore. Firewall is O.K. and the rest to, so what can I do to have it registered ?????
Do I need to send you the I.P. and port, so you will add the server yourself??

Thanks

What was the result when you checked to see if the server could scan? (using a tool such as HLSW at hlsw.org). If it could scan, please post the IP and port for me to check.
I am retired from GameTracker after 11 years and will not be responsive for support requests.

Hello and thanks for answering fast like you done. I've tried some rcon programs and sites to scan and it worked. This is the info for our server :

184.160.85.130 or t3homefrontservegame.com
join port : 27018
Query port : 27015

If you got another idea to help me, I would really appreciate.

Thanks x 100

The server show itself in the Homefront server list in game.

I am not able to scan this server on HLSW. Your query port should be the same as the join port for Homefront, unless you managed to change it somehow. If you are on the same network as the server is on, you will be able to scan the server without problems.

I've noticed the other servers you have are on the same IP. Did you remember to open the appropriate port for the Homefront server in addition to the others you opened?

Yes I've opened all port available for HF and game servers are different machines. I noticed that if the join port is 27018 and the query port is 27015, the server will show in the game server list and be able to track the ''scores''. If I keep the same port for both. The signature for the server will be there but the server will not show in the servers list. I never had that kind of issue before with all the server I had threw the years with Gametracker. So what could be the best so I won't have to stop messing around with it.

I've noticed that when it work ''scaninng'' it's showing the internal i.p. of the host computer, why ?

Thanks...I hope I will not take to much of your time, I know you have others to help.
