Gametracker could not scan the server

my server ip is 37.10.97.138:7777

the firewall is off the server is on but nothing some ideeas ?

Have you forwarded ports in your router? It's never a good idea to turn your Firewall off, you give hackers and douche bags a free pass to your machine, especially when you openly advertise your ip...

The sserver is hosted and they tell me the firewall is not enable on the server .

You could try asking your host if you are entering the correct query port. You could try asking your host to debug the issue because they will likely have to fix it anyway (they can use a tool like HLSW to test scan the server).
I am retired from GameTracker after 11 years and will not be responsive for support requests.

people from company responde

"as they mentioned, we checked the server with HLSW. The server gives back all information under the query port 27015"[img /img]

Now appears as a server cs 1.6[img /img]

Sounds good. I'm glad they were able to give you the correct query port, even though they decided to add it incorrectly for you. I've deleted the page so now you can re-add it using the correct information.
