Now I have a friend playing on the 3000 lvl server .. I above Level .. I want to play with him zanogo! how do I lose all my skills? that would start the game from scratch knitted .. (thank you)

The question is;

kangorman is at a higher skill level than his friend who is a beginner.
They wish to play on the same (level) servers together.
How is it possible for kangorman to reset his skill level to do this?
Does he need a new (steam?) account?
