My problema it's just that title says, my server banners and gametracker page doesn't update the online players, it always shows 0, but the maps and the server name updates just fine.

Your server is not reporting any players at the current time. You can verify this by viewing the server on HLSW (hlsw.org). GameTracker can only display what it receives from the server.

And what may be causing this?

I am guessing it may have to do with mods installed or server settings.

i'm not using any mods and i check my server.cfg file and everything seems fine.
