Help it seem that even after 3 mths my server still under 3000s ranking, and sometimes one or two servers would showed as 'down' on gametracker even though its still running, this is not the case for my servers last time before i had deleted my servers for refresh and readded back to gametrackers, my servers would easily goes up to 60-100 rank, Had my server been deranked? Does it got to do with the game plugins itself, i been using l4d_gamemodekeep since then, or do i need to switch to a new ip? Please help!

When you have a lower rank (closer to 1), your server is more popular. If it is higher, it is less popular compared to other servers. Changes in your rank can be accounted to changes in the popularity of your server.

The server in your favorites is currently blocking the scanning (if it is online to begin with). Please make appropriate adjustments to your firewall.

I would disable my router firewall, just noitced that my server ip changed to 42.60.149.58 recently, but still the previous ip ranking were somewhat stranger than before, consider all my servers were ranked at 60-100, maybe i shouldn't deleted it, please help, does it got to do with my plugins? Even if it less popular than some server, it wouldn't simply droped to 2000-3000, i don't think this have got to do with popularity because some servers i knew are less popular than mine, but still rank lower than all my servers

From what I remember when responding to this, you had a server in your favorites that was down for half of the past week. Of course 50% of the timeframe rank looks at would be pretty significant.

I think I might figured out what happened, all these servers 119.x.x.x were manually added though ip and port, they were not automatically tracked by gtracker, the same goes for my #05 server, which was manually add by me, and stuck at 3000 ranking right now.
