You can contact the current owner of the clan page to request they transfer it back. We cannot guarantee they will.

I am capable of transferring ownership of a clan page. Unfortunately, it doesn't mean I willing transfer ownership of clan pages to you at your request. It is simply not reasonable to transfer ownership of items with any random request - I'm sure you wouldn't like it if I transferred your clan pages to random accounts.
Regardless, you've already made a number of duplicate pages over time. One more won't hurt.
