so i followed ur advise and went to gameservers support... this is the latest i have had from them...

You may need to submit the bug to the Game Tracker development community at forums.gametracker.com as they have a separate support team to assist with GT issues.

so basically they dont know and their passing me back to u lol

I'm not sure what else to do if your server is not responding on the GS4 protocol instead of minequery and doesn't report a name. Can you turn your server back on? I will try scanning it under different ports to see if anything changes.

If I were you, I'd try updating the query port to 25565 then updating it on http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/server.php?GSID=2140639
I am retired from GameTracker after 11 years and will not be responsive for support requests.

Hi,
I've had a chance to run your config on a minecraft server at it worked perfectly fine with a default installation of bukkit at GameServers. My server is running CraftBukkit on Bukkit 1.2.3-R0.1. I hope you were able to figure out the issue with yours.
