We had a Tekkit server up and querying here http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/108.61.41.82:25565/
The server went down for a few hours so naturally GT changed its status to dead. We switched to Tekkit Lite but kept the same server.properties, and no network changes but GT won't pickup the server now. I have verified that there aren't any mcviewer plugins and have restarted the server. I tried to delete the server in an attempt to readd the server to see if that would clear up the issue but the Manage page has the delete server option greyed out even though I have the server claimed. Needless to say the server has been online and I can query it using other tools like http://dinnerbone.com/minecraft/tools/status/ Can I get a GT admin to make sure this isn't an issue on their end? |

The server does not seem to be using the proper query protocol anymore. Are there any known issues for Tekkit lite in regards to scanning?

Well something that was just done made the server start scanning again.
This is the first time it's been shown as online since it went down. I didn't see any know issues and I see other tekkit lite servers on GT so I can't imagine there are. |

You may also try whitelisting the scanner IPs. 208.167.241.179 208.167.241.180 208.167.241.190 108.61.78.147 108.61.78.148 108.61.78.149 108.61.78.150 ![]() |

It doesn't make sense that it'd be a firewall issue because I have multiple other servers being tracked from GT just fine and I can query this minecraft server using other query services - See here: http://minecraftviewer.com/servers/1763873/view http://dinnerbone.com/minecraft/tools/status/ Do you know what was done between the second to third post to make the server show online breifly? It was showing correct data which leads me to believe the protocol is the same as before. If there isn't any other idea on the GT end, can we try to delete the server and re-add it? I can't seem to delete the server even though I was the one to add it and claim it. Thanks for your help |

winniethepoohbear wrote: Nothing would have changed on GT's end. Did you turn your server offline again? It is not scanning on any of the sites at the current time. Do you have MCPC+ running? I know a few users have had issues when they started using that. ![]() |

This time it would be because some asshat delegate went in and overwrote the server.properties file when I explicitly said NO CHANGES! passwd minecraft + service openvpn stop, there will be no changes on this end and we'll keep it up. Sorry for the changing variables in troubleshooting. If you check now, you'll see they are scanning as online at the mentioned sites. Also we are not using MCPC-Plus. |

Any other ideas?
Can you please delete the server and it's GT associations for troubleshooting purposes? |
