as you read, my server ( http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/188.165.206.76:25565/ ) is shown sometimes as offline or with 0 people on it, but if you join, there are 180 people... what should I do? thanks

This is likely related to a bug in minecraft. The server stops reporting players after about 128 players are in the server. Until their developers resolve the issue, GT may not track properly at those times.
