We are currently recruiting staff and our launch date is very soon. Our server has been updating ever day with the best builds, but we need your help to launch this server. I am very active on MC, I am easily able to be contacted, I have a YT Channel and can bring players to the network.

How would you handle swearing?:
I don't recommend swearing, as long as it is not excessive.
How would you handle racism?:
I do not tolerate racism, not even as a joke.
How would you handle Homophobic calls?:
I am fine with Homophobics as long as they don't cross the line.
How would you handle two players fighting?:
I would tell them to take it somewhere else.
How would you handle two staff members fighting?:
I would tell them to stop arguing and to agree with eachother.

Past Experience:
I have been a MOD trainee for a small server and I have been a MOD on to other servers that were a bit bigger about 30-50 people.

Why would we pick you over others?:
You would pick me over other because I'm nice and that I will try as hard as I can to do whatever is needed of me. I'm all ways up for learning stuff that I don't know. Also I try as hard not to start fights and try as hard to stop fights.

How much time are you willing to spend for us:
I am able to contribute 3 hours a day for the week days (I would do more but I have my GCSE's coming up so in 1-2 months I can do more if needed to). at the weekend I am able to contribute 4-5 hours a day (maybe 6 after 2 months).

How would you handle swearing?:
I would request for them to stop swearing and if they don't stop I would mute them for 5 minuets and when they are UN-muted and the
still swear I will mute for an hour and after that and they still
swear I would permanent mute them.

How would you handle racism?:
If there is any racism I would mute them and depending on how
racist they were, if bad I would ban them, if small like one word
and not at someone just muted. I hate racism.

How would you handle Homophobic calls?:
Same as being racism but no mute just a ban.

How would you handle two players fighting?:
I would see what's it about and try to solve it by not being
biased to one side and if I can't solve it I would request for
them to stop and if they don't I would mute them.

How would you handle two staff members fighting?:
I would see what's it about and try to solve it by not being
biased to one side and if I can't solve it I would request for
them to stop (same as if to players were to fight) and if they don't stop I would report them to a higher ranking staff.

1. I would try to find a way for us to agree and to stop and if that does not work I would ask for us to stop fighting and if worst case I would just agree with them (if it's over something I can agree on if
not I would say sorry.
2. say sorry or agree and if that does not work depending what it's
about I would stop talking to him or ask a higher staff to help stop
it.

Past Experience: Ive moded a few other servers in the past and i was admin on one server, sadly the owner just disappeared one day and the server shut down. ive also been playing for years now. i used to have my own server so im decent at coding, im sure there are things out there i dont know tho. i could be a decent help tho


Why would we pick you over others?: Ive been looking for some other server to admin/mod and this one seems to be a great choice bc i like the community on it and i feel like i could make this my home server lol

How much time are you willing to spend for us: i am on summer break so pretty much any time im needed, my parents are divorced so i wont be on the days i am at my dads

How would you handle swearing?: depends...i dont see swearing that offensive but if your swearing at someone or a staff member i would ask that they stop, and if they dont i shall mute them. if it continued after that its a kick

How would you handle racism?: i will not tolerate it, warn then mute.

How would you handle Homophobic calls?: i will not tolerate it, warn then mute.

How would you handle two players fighting?: i will figure out the issue and handle as needed. depends on situation

How would you handle two staff members fighting?: try to calm both of them down and figure out who is in the right, and give facts about how they are, if its unclear who is in the right, i would just try to calm both of them down...they are staff OF THE SAME SERVER, should not be fighting.

If you got into a fight with another staff or player what would you do (Write two explanations) : either i will state facts about my opinion and tell them if they dont like it than im sorry, will not continue to argue. if the other staff is abusing powers and we are arguing over it, i shall get in contact with a higher power and confront them with the issue

Helper/Moderator format

Age: 14

Past Experience: Well, I have never been a moderator on any server. I just started playing multiplayer a month or two ago. But, I hope this can be my first experience , this server look great!

Why would we pick you over others: Well, everyone here looks like they know what they're doing. There's no real reason as to why you should pick me over them. I will say, however, I'm very active, and know how to deal with people of all types and ages. I have 5 siblings so I kind of have practice .

How much time are you willing to spend for us: I can usually get on at least an hour day, most of the time more.

How will we contact you: You can contact me on my Skype, frasersleep , but if I get rejected, could you tell me on skype?

How would you handle swearing: Well, first I would warn the player swearing, and tell them to read the rules. If they kept on, I would mute them. If they curse even after that, I would temp ban the player.

How would you handle racism: Hmm, I would tell them the first time they say something racist that it is not acceptable on the server and warn them. If they were to say something racist again, I would temp ban them.

How would you handle homophobic calls: I would warn them and let them know that it is not ok to say that sort of thing, and tell them to just not even talk about it. If they were to keep doing so, I would temp ban the player or players.

How would you handle two players fighting: Well, first I would try to see if the issue is about griefing, rudeness, e.t.c. But if it is a personal fight between the two, I would tell them to privately message each other to solve it. Ex: Two friends fighting about how one told on the other for something in real life, I would have them solve it privately.

How would you handle two staff members fighting: Well, a moderators job is to moderate players, so if staff members were fighting, I would get an owner or admin about it.

If you got in a fight with a player or staff, what would you do: Well, for the record, that would never happen, everyone loves me . But, if it were to happen, I would get an admin or owner about the staff member if I got in a fight with them over something like abuse of power, if not, then I would just be the bigger man and apologize. If I got in a fight with a player over something like I muted them for cursing, I would tell them that I was enforcing rules, and that would be the end of it. If it was a personal fight, I would yet again, be the bigger person and apologize before it would escalate to something further.

How would you handle swearing?:
Unless the rules state that it is allowed, I will give a warning before muting them for an hour. If they continue, then I will mute them for a day. Finally, if they come back and swear again, I will issue a ban for repeated rule breaking.

How would you handle racism?:
First Offense: Mute for a day
Second or multiple offenses at once: Ban forever
Racism just makes me mad, and it helps no one.

How would you handle Homophobic calls?:
I would treat it the same way I would treat swearing(look above).

How would you handle two players fighting?:
I would tell both of them to cut it out, and if there was a serious
issue I would say to report it on the server website(if there is one) with valid proof of the dispute.

How would you handle two staff members fighting?:
I would again, tell them to cut it out, but if I am lower rank, I would try to stay out of it, since I do not want to be banned, myself.

1. Leave the server and report it to a higher level moderator/admin.(If it is a staff member, otherwise I can handle it myself)
2. (If with another player) Tell them to read the rules, then come back with the same argument. If nothing works, a mute/tempban can solve the problem.
