Hello,
We're running a 1.7.2 Spigot server and are trying to add it to GameTracker. I get the same error that a lot of other people seem to be getting, though I've tried everything I've seen suggested. I have checked and double checked the following: Ports are correctly and are port forwarded (TCP and UDP) The config file is correctly set up We do not require the plugin (Though I tried it anyway just in case) I removed all plugins from the server I have allowed access to and from the server for the GameTracker scanner IPs I found other MC scanning tools (And even used a php api to set up our own scanning) which are all working perfectly fine. If you can think of anything we seem to have missed out or know a possible solution to the problem, I'm open to suggestions I hope we can get this fixed. Thanks -Zakun |

According to a quick search, that uses Bungeecord. Bungeecord has caused issues for some servers in the past which prevent it from scanning properly.
If you would post an IP, port, and query port, I can do a test scan to see if it is not responding or just responding incorrectly. ![]() |

I do think it uses Bungeecord, but we haven't used any of it's functionality

This is more than likely a firewall issue. I've confirmed your server won't respond to most scanning sites.
We've been able to scan it on dinnerbone, but when we use the dinnerbone script from GameTracker.com, it is not able to reach your server. I would recommend reviewing your firewall configuration in more detail. ![]() |

I was pretty sure I had correctly allowed everything required through the firewall, but I'll take another look
Thanks -Zakun |
