Hello,
I have started to use two stays of bungee cord and logically I have to have two different ips, but gametracker does not show the players only correctly just shows the players connected to one of the ips. I have updated my dns correctly: mc.pixelcub.net is the address that everyone uses to connect. All the best.

Gametracker does not support bungeecord and never has. Users have had varying degrees of luck in tracking it.

The vast majority of server lists have support for bungeecord and redisbungee (a bungeecord plugin that implements redis to sync lot of bungeecord servers). Even a tool created by one of the developers of minecraft has support for this type of servers https://dinnerbone.com/minecraft/tools/status/ source code: https://github.com/Dinnerbone/mcstatus |

It's possible it could be added in the future, but new features are typically not announced ahead of time.
