My host support told me to contact you and tell you that you are not resolving SRV dns records, can you resolve it so i can add my server please?
My friend also has this problem with his server

'mc.korleonez.com' does not resolve to an IP address.
This has nothing to do with Gametracker, you can test this from any PC.

'korleonez.com' resolves to IP 104.27.154.47

Gametracker does not have any issues with resolving IP addresses as Gametracker uses public dynamic name resolution services like everyone else.

My hosting said that there is a SRV record and that you are not currently resolving those altough they are popularly used

If you insert mc.korleonez.com in minecraft game the domain works

To my knowledge, Gametracker does not currently support SRV dns records.
