I don't give out Admin rank (anymore) without trial periods as Mods and demonstration of how you play, how you act, and understand Vanilla gameplay.

I have given out trial moderator ranks to people who were not very helpful in the end, or active, and just end up being players who have a mod rank. I am hesitant to give out ranks, but I can try with you another time I suppose

I prefer to go like this though; I would at least like to see you in action somewhat: You may connect to the server if you are looking for a place to play, because you want to, because you like vanilla gameplay and potentially be a staff member in. Otherwise, if there is no interest in playing, then you only want to join the server in order to be ranked... and this is not the type of players I want for staff, who simply seek ranks.

If you show actions of being a helper, or mod, without having the rank, then you can get the rank. Play for a few hours and show me your abilities, and you can become a trial mod shortly. I have previously given people moderator ranks, without even playing first as a member, and it just gives them a rank on a server, while they are not up to par with being a self-directed able moderator, not having to be told what to do, even when there is a post online as to what needs to be done.
