We're launching soooon, so we're looking for some people for staff positions.

Archblade is a Minecraft server that will be launching soon (depending on how long it takes to finish development).
We strive to have as little rules as possible, while maintaining a high quality (factions-based) experience.
Our Owners have years of experience running Minecraft servers, so you can expect a professional and dedicated team to work in.
Currently we have no staff members on the team, except for the 2 Owners.
There are different requirements and responsibilities for every position, listed below.

NOTE: Staff members will not be allowed to play with their main account (Mods, Builders & Helpers excluded)

Quick Staff Overview:
Owner: Founder and owner of the server. Also developer / manager.
Head Admin: Head of staff manages the staff team
Admin: Enforces the rules (bans + kicks)
Moderator: Enforces the rules and helps people (help + kicks)
Builder: Builds structures on the server

Head Admin
# of positions: 1

What you will be doing:
As the head admin your job will be to manage staff - this includes keeping an eye on new members of our team, supervising any events and acting as the Owners' right hand. Yes, partners in crime!

What we are looking for:
- High level of maturity, as this is a serious position
- Possible experience in a similar role
- Ability to hop on the server at regular intervals and times

What we REQUIRE:
- 17 years of age
- Good microphone, good English and Skype + TS for our internal communications
- Overall high motivation, dedication and professionalism

Admin
# of positions: 1-3

What you will be doing:
As an admin you will be doing bans (also reports and appeals), checking people for hacks, and keeping an eye on chat.

What we are looking for:
- High level of maturity, as this is a serious position
- Experience with being admin, and everything that comes with it (commands, decisions)
- Ability to make good decisions concerning bans and such

What we REQUIRE:
- 16 years of age
- Good microphone, good English and Skype + TS for our internal communications
- Overall high motivation, dedication and professionalism

Moderator
# of positions: 2-5

What you will be doing:
As a moderator, you will making sure that people behave in game and on the forum. You will also answer any questions player have in-game about rules, etc.

What we are looking for:
- Mature people with quick wits
- Possible experience with use of plugin commands
- Ability to spend a lot of time in game, so people can rely on you

What we REQUIRE:
- 15 years of age
- A microphone, good English and Skype + TS for our internal communications
- Overall good interaction with players

Builder
# of positions: 1-3

What you will be doing:
You will help build and improve existing structures (such as spawn) and create new things that you come up with! If you are a creative, able builder - then you are exactly what we are looking for.

What we are looking for:
- Mature people that can handle responsibility with building
- Great building skills and creativity
- Ability to use world edit and experience with server-building

What we REQUIRE:
- 15 years of age
- A microphone, good English and Skype + TS for our internal communications
- A few screenshots/examples of YOUR work. Preferably videos or proof too.

Have been a Admin on ets2mp ts3 server for a long time.
knowlege on ts3 scale 0-10 = 8/9
time i will spend on server a day 8 hr,s ++ ( online 24 hr,s every day)
Hope i can help out by doing a good job helping people, and make everyone on the server happy and having fun, so that more people join.
