for the last couple of days i have been working on a new server. the server is based on being a all in one server with a many extra features like ships torch lighting custom minigames and special extras using craftbook and other modifiers. since i started the server has grown to the point where i am happy to release it in 3 days time before then i would like to have a small staff pool who can help me maintain the server over the coming months as i go threw a hard year of school. i do not care about your maturity level or any of the stuff i understand that we all stuff up and for that reason there is a lot of features that staff members will be lacking that some other server may get stuff like op and creative. somethings i will be interviewing people so skype is definitely required so as a few other basic requirements like ability to speak english and to bring some valuable assets to the team.

at this moment there is just the two of us working and building the special features and places of TerrTerma,s stuff because of this i am allowing people to check us out and give us feedback on the servers look performance intuitiveness and adaptiveness to players of different races cultures and languages

we currently are looking for ranks as following masterchief. masterchief yer i know i'm a old halo fan but masterchief is essential public relations and will be holding the chat together while i'm not around.

head dev is taken and he will orchestrate devs moves with relation to all server side stuff and has almost as much power as master chief

developer devs will be only and i quote only for plugin development not config controll and what work you do will be rewarded with rewards server side there will be no forking of cash for devs.

admin this will be the moderator look over and server administration for bans unbans server options and wellbeing of players places and usability and player picker upper.

mods are below ever other rank but these guys may be small but are big when it comes to help and looking after the server these little guys will look after players and basic looking after and even minigame debugging and testing of new features and will have direct access to devs and admins

please put down the information you think is needed to show me that you want this staff position or if you just want to test the server out i would recommend pulling knowledge, age ,abilities, dedication and past experiences.
