First server I've ever claimed, I just want to know how to get OP/Owner rank in-game?

Gametracker is not a means of claiming a server to manage it.
Gametracker simply tracks server statistics. To manage the server, you must have physical access to the game server itself. I am a community user. I do not reply to private message requests for support. Hint: I do not accept (or reply to) personal requests for re-ranking or unbanning. You must use the forums please.
