Hey all,

I'm the owner of themodem.net. We are a Canadian gaming community that was started in late-2012.

We currently offer 5 different servers, 4 Minecraft servers, and 1 TF2 server.

Please note that our servers are mostly unpopulated and there are some glitched players that will show up in the tablist, they will not respond. We are working on fixing this.

Our Minecraft servers are as listed:

Freebuild (connect with mc.themodem.net): A blend of the best features of survival and creative. You are in survival, but have access to kits, easy building blocks thanks to our resource world, and you will eventually have access to /fly and similar commands when you have played enough. PvP disabled.

Factions (connect with factions.themodem.net - Factions is currently WIP): Group up with like-minded players to conquer the entire map from other players. PvP enabled.

Anarchy (connect with anarchy.themodem.net): Survive from other players and the creatures of the night with an increased difficulty. There are no plugins, there is no teleportation, there are no rules, and hacking/cheating is allowed. PvP enabled.

KitPvP (connect with kitpvp.themodem.net): Combat other players with kits supplied by the server to help improve your overall PvP skill. PvP enabled.
