At Plexus we strive to be open, honest, fair and transparent in everything we do. Our growth plan is built around four key areas: extending our leadership; maximizing value; Indifference; and nurturing talent. Our community is depended on trust, freedom of speech and equality. The Plexus team have successfully created a unique aspect to Minecraft with out taking away the original idea that had made the game popular to begin with.

The current server that we are running as a Minecraft Survival 1.16.2 server based on Towny. The server has been in development by some of our awesome volunteers for the past 8 months, and is getting close to the end. Every aspect of this server has been tested and thought out by a lot of people, and the entire server is based on 3 years of player's constructive criticism. The server is play to win and based on building the best Minecraft community.

Our goal is very straight forward, and that is to change Minecraft Servers for the better. Although this seems like an outrageous goal, I believe with the servers plan it is definitely possible, though one step in the process is building a involved community with the server.

We plan on releasing a lot more servers down the line, though on releasing them based on the needs of the players. This server isn't based around money, through based around providing a fun place for people to come to and share each others experiences.

A: At Plexus, we value the players, if you have been mistreated working on other servers, or feel like you haven't been valued as a staff member, this will be a perfect change for you. We understand that people are great at what they do and the upper management allows for staff members to have the freedom in how they need to do things. The managers are also given the freedom to run the team how they want.

Q: Do you pay your staff
A: No, though you won't feel like we don't value your work. This server is based on months and months of volunteer work. This server's design isn't about making a profit, if this was the typical server based on pay-to-win then we can pay as many people as we want as much as they ask. Though that just isn't possible with server that isn't designed to make a profit like a business, but designed to bring people together just to have fun. If the server was generating a revenue then paying the staff is a no-brainer, there are some people here how have put in hundreds of hours of work into the server, which have done it purely based on the reaching the mutual goal of building a server designed for the players to have fun
