Aspire Craft is currently seeking an experienced Developer to join our team and assist with the development and completion of our upcoming Prison server & more.

Position Responsibilities

We are looking for someone who has extensive experience working with Prison servers and plugin configurations. This role will be responsible for:

Core Configuration
Configuring and integrating all server plugins
Ensuring commands, permissions, and ranks function correctly
Setting up LuckPerms rank inheritance and permissions
Identifying and resolving plugin conflicts
Bug fixing and troubleshooting server issues

Prison Development
Our server utilizes X-Prison Core, and we need assistance with:[/p]
Creating and configuring Prison ranks (A-Z)
Setting up Prestige progression
Configuring custom enchants
Creating and balancing private mines
Rankup costs and economy balancing
Mine progression and rewards
Automating rank-based features
Testing all Prison systems before release

Development & Maintenance
Investigating and fixing bugs
Optimizing server performance
Ensuring all Prison features work as intended
Providing recommendations for improvements and additional features

Requirements
Applicants should have:

Previous experience developing or configuring Prison servers
Strong knowledge of X-Prison Core (Not required but preferred)
Experience with Paper/Purpur servers
Knowledge of LuckPerms and permission management
Understanding of server economies and progression systems
Ability to diagnose and resolve plugin conflicts
Experience creating balanced Prison gameplay

Preferred Qualifications
Java plugin development experience
Experience with custom configurations and advanced setups
Portfolio or examples of previous Prison projects
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
