I would recommend reading that message. It should help you immensely, especially if you have not set up your Minecraft server. I would expect that you either have not opened the firewall or you did not set up your Minecraft server as indicated.

The firewall is disabled I do not know why the error occurs with firewall and configuration .... do not believe it. Only 2-3 days ago I did oleak the server and I have worked on it.

If this server is hosted in Romania, I suspect that you might be with one of the poor providers that blocks all foreign traffic.

I am not able to scan your Minecraft server on the 25565 or 25566 query port (assuming it is one of these since you forgot to indicate what it was set to) with both gs4 and minequery compatibility. Neither scanned.

Please post your config with any sensitive information like admin passwords modified to "rconpass" or something so you are not posting sensitive information. Please also describe what changes you made 2-3 days ago that caused the scanning issues to occur (before that, I would recommend undoing that to see if you can figure out which changed caused it).

Please also confirm the following:
You are running the most recent version of the server (stock and bukkit binaries are best).
You do not have any server query plugins installed (eg. Minecraftviewer).
You have your server.properties set up correctly.

Do not know what makes some checks and return with a post.
