i was sent an email on how but i still cant find out... it said:You can update the Minecraft server under the 'About -> Update' tab of the McMyAdmin web panel. Since craftbukkit is enabled by default you'll need to issue the craftbukkit update option. The log information for the McMyAdmin access should have been sent to you upon the subscription's activation. If you need any additional assistance please log into your account and submit a support ticket via the members area.... i dont know what the MCMYADMIN is...

MCMYADMIN is a control panel for Minecraft servers. I would contact your provider if you do not know how to log into it.

Like I mentioned, you should contact your server provider about login details. Unfortunately, game server providers do not monitor the GameTracker forums to provide support for their services (especially when do you not indicate which provider).

I would assume it would be listed in an email to you or their control panel, if you have looked. Again though, I would recommend contacting them.
