Okay so when I first joined this forum, I quickly saw your topic. I am the owner of a server called "Immortals Death PvP" which you can look up on PMC and find out if this is true or not. I have coded a series of groups off the plugin named PEX. I recommend using that because, all though it does look quiet confusing it is very easy to create whenever you have done it before.
I am willing to work with you for no cost just because I am a nice guy and tbh I enjoy what I do.
