Are you running the most recent copy of the server?
Are you running extra query plugins like minequery/minecraftviewer? You should not be.
Have you enabled query in the server.properties?
Are you with the romanian server provider that blocks all foreign traffic? This is out of our control.

I am not running any plugins of that.
My counter-strike server and teamspeak server are running smooth on the same ip (and are shown online on gametracker.)
I tried to change query-port to 25566 and didn't work.

I saw now what was wrong , now it works.

And again this thing , last night it worked , now it doesn't.

If you have not changed anything since then, it is probably safe to say the issue is at the network level. Whitelist the scanner IPs at 208.167.225.11, 208.167.225.12, 208.167.225.13, 108.61.78.147, 108.61.78.148, 108.61.78.149, and 108.61.78.150

One thing you could also do just incase is remove query-port out of there server.properties since the correct format (query.port) is already there.

It worked , i needed to restart the server , after i restarted it (NO CHANGE) it showed offline on tracker.

Server won't query again.
It crashed , restarted it , it won't query.
No change.
I tried even to change query port to 25565 , didn't worked , changed it to 25566 and it didn't worked.
Wtf can i do !?

I am not sure what to tell you. If it crashed, its possible something became corrupted. You may want to try a reinstall.
