You can click the Delete Server button the link to delete the server.
If it is a GameServers.com server or GT Premium server, this button is disabled. However, you can always remove querying to stop GT from scanning it.

Ok, the button is disabled. If I disable the quering when will be deleted?

The server result "dead" by 16 hour. Can you delete it completely? Thank you

All you need to do is keep querying turned off permanently (or as long as you do not want it tracked). Unless you do this, anyone will be able to re-add it and it could potentially be re-added by GameServers automatically.
16 hours is obviously not long, so just keep querying off until it is automatically removed. If querying is still on, anyone will obviously be able to gather server info easily.
