I'm the owner of http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/81.196.44.32:25565/
Server still appears OFFLINE I removed all query plugins but the server still appears offline in firewall ports are opened, we went smoothly until now this problem persists for a week Server and query ports : server-port=25565 query.port=25566 |

Sometimes it works best to have the same join and query port.
Are you running the most recent version of the server? There was a dev build of bukkit 1.6.1 that did not enable a query port.

Query port requires UDP, TCP is not enough
