Do you know maybe reason why i cant migrate from one server to another ?

Minecraft servers have no historical player data to migrate. The migrate feature would do nothing.

so, it's not possible to migrate place(rank) of server. I thought that works with server rank too
 . Anway thanks.

The only feature to transfer rank would be the DNS feature. If you have a domain address that points to the server, you can set that on the page and GT will automatically update the server page when the IP changes.
Regardless, server rank only looks at the past week, so your server will be at a similar rank within a week (assuming it is still as popular).
