So the problem is foloowing i have dynamic ip and have to use domain name to make my server playable , i hosted 2 days with my old ip couse this night it changed but however. So the problem is that i made domain in no-ip . (no ad) and it is creepercraftsofia.no-ip.info (no ad) and when i type this in add server option it says Domain names must resolve to a static ip. and just that is how to fix this ?

That address does not point to anything. It needs to point to your IP address.

Never mind i didnt slove it just im gonna buy a host and bla bla bla ... however i have another 2 questions and im gonna ask here just dont want make new post so :
1.If i buy host and he is for example in france ,im from bulgaria if i add server in game tracker for wich country will it count for bg or fr ?
2.How to remove my servers form gametracker because they are inactive?
If this is only admin option plz remove my 2 servers

1. While we prefer people setting the flag to the actual location, as to not deceive users, we do allow changing to a location near the actual location. Yours would qualify for the change you mention. Keep in mind though that changing the flag does not change the actual location of the server.

2. On the Manage page for the server (if you have claimed it), you will find a delete button in which you can delete the server. However, if it was automatically added (ie. a GameServers.com server), the delete button will be disabled. Otherwise, the other option would be to just remove them from your favorites until they are automatically removed.

So i already bought the server and its now french you can see it in my server list , admin , please make the flag bulgarian or tell me how to change the flag because i paying to host to host it but i want the server to be a buglarian server .
